How Our Varmala Preservation Process Works?

You choose the design you love, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll arrange your varmala pickup and start the preservation process as soon as we receive it.

  • Share your ideas with us on WhatsApp. We’ll help you choose the right design.

  • Then you can send us your varmala. We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the courier process.

  • After receiving your varmala, your flowers are cleaned and dried carefully before the preservation starts

  • The first layer of clear resin is poured into your frame.

  • Then your flowers are placed on top of that. Our artist carefully arranges your flowers to create the final look.

  • We add your names, wedding date, photos, pearls, or other keepsakes, as per your customization choice

  • We slowly add more resin layers and let each layer set properly before adding the next.

  • Once everything is set, we finish and polish your frame before sending it to you.

The full process takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the day we get your flowers.

Once your piece is ready, we’ll share the image with you over WhatsApp. And then pack it with care and deliver it to your doorstep on the promised date.

How to Send Your Varmala From Delhi NCR?

Fresh flowers are easier to preserve, so try not to wait too long after your wedding. We offer pickup across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. You can also send your varmala by courier if pickup isn’t available.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Send it within 24–48 hours: The sooner you send your varmala, the better its condition will be.

  • Wrap it properly: Use dry tissue or paper to wrap your flowers gently.

  • Avoid plastic: Plastic can trap moisture and make your flowers spoil faster.

  • Pack it safely: Use a sturdy box with enough padding to protect the flowers.

  • Keep it away from heat: Don’t leave your varmala in direct sunlight or inside a hot car.

Delhi NCR weather can get hot and humid, which can affect fresh flowers quickly. So, try to send your varmala as soon as you can.

NOTE: Before placing your order, we recommend speaking with our team on WhatsApp. We’ll guide you based on your flowers and help arrange the most suitable pickup option for you.

What Does Varmala Preservation Cost in Delhi?

The first thing you’ll probably want to know is the cost. Varmala preservation can start from ₹1,500 for basic frames and go up to ₹50,000+ for large, detailed, and fully customised pieces.

Your final price depends on a few things:

  • Type of flowers: Roses, orchids, mixed flowers, and other varieties may need different handling.

  • Varmala size and weight: A light floral varmala and a heavy, layered one need different amounts of resin and work.

  • Frame size: Larger frames use more resin and take more time to complete.

  • Design: Simple frames cost less, while detailed shapes and customised layouts need more work.

  • Personalisation: Photos, names, dates, pearls, wooden elements, and other keepsakes can add to the cost.

Every varmala is different, so we don’t use one fixed price for every order. Once you choose your design and share the details of your varmala, we’ll give you the exact price upfront. No hidden costs.
